A Health Food Business, which is a leading supplier of gluten and dairy-free products to the food industry – including such clients as Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Foodservice market, Export and Health Food Channel – engaged The Essentials Group to find a National Sales and Marketing Manager that could take them through the next steps of major sales development across the Food Industry.
An extensive review was conducted that had the primary focus of delivering a candidate who not only had the skills, knowledge and management expertise that was needed but also was hands-on and could adapt to a hard- edged business environment where he or she would have to work with different levels of management and personalities.
The outcome for the business was that The Essentials Group delivered a candidate to the Health Food Business that had the ability to work across all departments and management internally and externally and who also had the knowledge and industry contacts to double the business in less than 3 years.
