After a thorough review, it was uncovered that they were missing out on substantial revenue and profits through a lack of knowledge and understanding of the bulk chocolate market.
The Essentials Group provided a business blueprint that included ranging strategies across various markets, promotional campaigns to increase distribution and awareness of the product offering and targeted areas of development that in the short term would produce increased sales of $2.5 million and in the longer term (1-3 years) would produce increased sales of upwards of $15 million.
The Multi-National Confectionery Business has been growing their profits to unbelievable heights since then.
